FBCJ Family,
We have received communication yesterday (12/7) about two positive cases of COVID. Inside these two cases there are family members who are now in quarantine. Please be in prayer for them and ready to support however we can.
COVID is real. It is dangerous. While there are many who overcome this disease with little struggle, there are also just as many who would not be able to overcome if they became ill.
In the interest of safety and health to the people and families that make up our FBCJ family, it is imperative that each of us do everything possible to protect one another from spreading this virus.
Beginning today we need everyone to maintain social distancing as much as possible. We need to partner together in checking temperatures and wearing face masks/coverings. Yes, these are incredibly inconvenient. But your health matters to us.
These things cannot be optional. As unpredictable as the contagious time period is on this virus, it corners us to no other option.
Constant face mask wear, distancing, and willingness to check temps is absolutely necessary.
We believe that with maintaining a safe distance from one another and through continual wearing of face masks, we can greatly lessen the danger of others in our church family contracting this virus from each other.
As always, we are a family and I am encouraging you to call me or visit together to any concerns you have about this. Love you all very much.
Upon entry on Sundays and Wednesdays, we welcome the opportunity to give you a mask if needed and check temperatures together.
